Hi, my name is Emma Shergold and I have been working with runners since 2007.
I have also been a runner since the age of 11, which is, well a long time!
In that time I have worked with hundreds of runners, helping them to overcome injuries, improve their training habits, and achieve their goals.
I have progressed my career from Sports Massage Therapy to including Personal Training (Strength & Conditioning), and then onto qualifying as an England Athletics Running Coach.
