The great thing about mentoring and planning is that you don’t need to have set any firm goals before your first session.
Of course, if you do know what you want to achieve then we can get straight onto planning how you are going to get there, otherwise we will spend some time discussing your ideas and what is realistic for your current fitness level.
Even if you’re at the point where you are desperate to make some changes but can’t see the wood for the trees to know what changes need to be made first, then this is an ideal session for you.
Wherever you’re at, all you need to know before booking is, if you want something to change then you have to change something, and between us we’ll work out exactly what or how to do it.
Together we will discuss what is or isn’t working for you and make a plan to help you set some realistic goals and how to achieve them.
The zoom based sessions are at your pace in a safe and confidential space on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or ad-hoc basis. They can be as specific or general as you want or need them to be.
I will use my empathetic mentoring approach, together with my extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of areas, to provide you with support and recommendations to help you make the right decisions and changes for you, your goals and your lifestyle.
